Not happy with your new cannabis seeds? Receive the wrong item? Simply change your mind?
Returns are never a problem when The Rhino's large & in charge. Follow these instructions and we'll set everything right:
- Do not open the sealed breeder pack. Rhino Seeds only accepts unopened returns.
- Contact our customer service department for an RA number.
- Pack your unwanted items in a padded mailer with the RA number & your contact info.
- Ship your package postage paid using trackable Royal Post to Rhino Seeds at the address shown below.

Once your items reach the Rhino Seeds' warehouse, we'll process your return as fast as possible. In most cases, the entire process only takes 3 to 4 business days, but it can take a little longer during peak seasons.
Rhino Seeds will issue your refund in the same format you used to make your payment. Note that each financial institution has their own policies and procedures that can affect how long it takes for your funds to reach your account. Unfortunately, not even The Rhino has control over that little fact of life.
