The Prince of Pot Marc Emery Hand Over to The USA This Saturday
Marc Emery is not only an inspiration to those fighting for the legalization of Marijuana but also those who see him as a great business man since his entreprenurial skills started at the age of only 17.
His offence for selling Cannabis seeds through the Canadian law system would have only cost him a month in jail but because he has been shipping illegally to the USA he is expected to do 5 years because the US politicians see him as a king pin in the production of marijauna in the US at a very large scale. However to this day there are many online cannabis stores that are selling seeds to the US and are not seeing such harsh moves to put them behind bars too!
Regardless of Marc Emery’s good nature to fight for the cause of marijuana legalization through his cannabis seed profits, he was doing so knowing that he was breaking US but probably never imagined that he would be looking at a 5 year stretch in jail although the US wanted him behind for a possible 50 years.
