All parcels sent out are completely discreet, the parcel will ONLY have the delivery name and address on the outside, If you are extra paranoid you can select the stealth option on the basket page!!Do you accept cash in my currency?

How do you send the orders?
We send orders in plain envelopes with nothing incriminating on it. Unfortunatly we cannot go into more details for your protection.Can I track My order
All orders are traceable on royal mail website using there track and trace facility. When we send out your order, we will email you the tracking reference.How long to orders take to arrive
Uk orders arrive next day, International orders usually take between 5-7 days, please see our shipping pages for more information.how do I pay?

All seeds are distributed in the original breeders packaging. If you would like us to remove the seeds from the packaging then please select the stealth option on the basket page.when are you open keep trying to call but cant get through?
We are open 5 days a week 10pm - 6pm. Our phone line is generally unmanned but we pick up the messages left twice daily.I've Emailed you and get no REPLY!!!!
If you haven't heard back from us, please check your spam folder. If you have emailed us more than twice without a reply please email us using a different email account or just leave us your contact number and we will gladly call you.NB HOTMAIL as a real bad habit of junking our emails.

I keep getting AVS/CV2 errors with my credit card
This is due to our credit card verification procedure, all credit card transactions are checked against certain criteria and sometimes it will fail because of certain things. Make sure that you are sending to the same address as the billing address.Please do not keep trying as there will be a shadow payment applied to your account which may mean you do not have access to funds for a few days.
We are currently looking at ways of making this better, in the meantime you can still pay by cash or bank transfer.
My order has been sent but I still havn't received it yet?
All UK customer can track shipments using the Royal Mail tracking reference that was included in the dispatch email. Use this reference online at www.royalmail.com (track & trace) to track a shipment.UK orders usually arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch, international orders usually arrive within 1-2 weeks however please allow upto 2 weeks for uk orders (that is 2 weeks from the dispatch date) or 4 weeks for international orders - we do not anticipate many orders taking this long however we ask you to wait this time before contacting us
