How many seeds are in each pack sold?

There are 10 seeds in each pack unless otherwise stated. Sensi seeds have 15 seeds per pack and The Flying Dutchmen have 11.

Do you accept cash in my currency?

We accept cash as a method of payment in the following currencies.

GBP - British Sterling (pounds)
EUR - Euros
USD - US Dollars
CAD - Canadian Dollars
AUD - Australla Dollars

How much is it in my currency?

There are some flags underneath the basket on the right hand side of the page. Click the desired currency and everything will be shown in that currency.

Do you send to my country?

We deliver World Wide. We sell Cannabis Seeds with the understanding that local laws have been checked and satisfied before purchase by the customer. All seeds are sold as souvenirs or for edible purposes only.

How do you send the orders?

We send orders in plain envelopes with nothing incriminating on it. Unfortunatly we cannot go into more details for your protection.

What will show on my credit card?

Your credit card will be billed as RHINO GIFTS.

I need some advice on how/what to grow

Unfortunatly we cannot answer questions on growing or anything about the final product since it is still illegal to germinate cannabis seeds in the UK. Our seeds are sold for edible food purposes.

Do you accept PayPal, Money Orders or egold?

Sorry the only payment method we can accept from non-UK customers is cash or credit card. UK customers can also pay by cheque from a UK bank or by postal orders. We cannot accept PayPal or egold. Please do not send us Money Orders as we cannot accept them.

What is your best strain?

Each strain from each breeder has its each uniques qualities. Each person is looking for different qualities so therefore there is no 'best'.

Customers sending payments are advised to make an order online before hand. This allows order tracking & will considerably speed up the processing of your order.

I keep getting AVS/CV2 errors with my credit card

This is due to our credit card verification procedure, all credit card transactions are checked against certain criteria and sometimes it will fail because of certain things. Make sure that you are sending to the same address as the billing address.

Please do not keep trying as there will be a shadow payment applied to your account which may mean you do not have access to funds for a few days.

We are currently looking at ways of making this better, in the meantime you can still pay by cash or bank transfer.

My order has been sent but I still havn't received it yet?

All UK customer can track shipments using the Royal Mail tracking reference that was included in the dispatch email. Use this reference online at www.royalmail.com (track & trace) to track a shipment.

UK orders usually arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch, international orders usually arrive within 1-2 weeks however please allow upto 2 weeks for uk orders (that is 2 weeks from the dispatch date) or 4 weeks for international orders - we do not anticipate many orders taking this long however we ask you to wait this time before contacting us

Do you offer any guarantee?

We can guarantee All UK orders only. All UK orders are sent by royal mail recorded delivery which allows parcels to be traced. International orders are sent by standard delivery which is not trackable. Unfortunately we can not guarantee International orders.

We advise all customers to choose items that are currently in stock, then helps us to ensure your order is dispatched promptly.

Whilst we do our very best to estimate arrival of 'out of stock' items, please be aware that these are only guidelines based on the information we have received. Please appreciate that this is a natural product and many factors influence supply.

I get '2000 : The Authorisation was Declined by the bank.' when trying to checkout

This error means that your bank has declined the transaction, we have nothing to do with this so we cannot change it. You should contact your bank who can explain why the transaction is being declined. The majority of these declines are because the banks are working hard to prevent fraud and are declining a lot of payments. If you call your bank they can lift this block.
