If you've received seeds that you don't want, simply return the unopened packs to us and we'll issue a refund. Please follow these instructions exactly to avoid delays:

1. DO NOT OPEN the breeder packs. Rhino Seeds only accepts returns if we receive the items in the same condition they were sent.

2. Put your seeds in a padded mailer. Include your order number, contact information, reason for return and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange.

3. Make sure you send them using trackable, postage-paid mail. Rhino Seeds is not responsible for any returns that are lost in the mail.

Please allow 7 days after we receive your return for us to either issue a refund or ship your new seeds. Note that refunds may take up to 7 days to reach your account depending on the established policies set by the various financial institutions involved in the transaction.

We refund the price of the seeds only. Stealth and shipping charges are non-refundable.
